If your mind is always running, if you’re constantly thinking about what could go wrong, what you forgot, or what you should be doing. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. I work with kids and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stretched thin. The kind of anxiety that shows up in your body, your thoughts, your parenting, your sleep.
With kids, anxiety doesn’t always look like worry. It can look like meltdowns, shutting down, avoiding things, or trouble focusing. With adults, it can look like overthinking, irritability, feeling on edge, or carrying everything for everyone. In our work together, we get to the root and use real-life tools that help day to day so things start to shift.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to explain or justify it. What you’re carrying doesn’t have to be a certain size or shape to be worth talking about.

Every person’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should be just as individualized. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward their goals.

Every person’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should be just as individualized. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward their goals.
With more than six years of experience in the mental health field, I work with individuals ages 6 and up, supporting clients as they navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatric care as well as outpatient and intensive treatment settings. These experiences have shaped my trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, work through challenges, and create meaningful steps toward greater emotional well-being.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, positive psychology, person-centered theory, and family systems. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. When working with children and younger clients, I incorporate play-informed approaches and social-emotional learning techniques to help them express themselves, develop emotional awareness, build confidence, and learn healthy coping skills.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate the journey alone. If you’re ready to begin making changes, healing from past experiences, or gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to supporting you, celebrating your progress, and cheering you on as you continue to grow.

As a dedicated therapist, I value the power of a supportive, collaborative relationship. My empathetic approach creates a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, using tailored, evidence-based techniques to meet your unique needs.

I use a systems theory approach to view clients holistically, understanding how all aspects of your life are interconnected. I also incorporate CBT and ACT techniques to help you manage challenges, build coping strategies, and reframe thoughts to improve your overall well-being.
Together, we will work towards your goals and help you to gain insight into your experiences. I am dedicated to guiding you through life's challenges and fostering personal growth, whether you’re addressing a specific issue or seeking general support. Let’s take the first step together.
